TWO TIPS ON HOW YOU CAN BECOME MORE GRATEFUL


A. Every day, speak out about why you are grateful. Writing it down is even more powerful. I recommend that you do this at least once a day. But twice per day - when you wake up and go to bed is even better.

B. Tell someone every day why you are grateful for them. It might be a family member, a co-worker, a friend, or a barista at your favorite coffee shop.


A 30-DAY CHALLENGE – BE GRATEFUL


I encourage you to take time to express your gratitude daily. This expression of gratitude may be as simple as being thankful that you woke up, or maybe you’ve accomplished a life goal and want to celebrate. Whatever it is, I encourage you to begin to be intentionally to be grateful every day!
